Hi, im 150 pounds over weight and climbing, i dont eat junk food i dont drink sodas, but i have been living in a life of abuse and regret. I am now free of that lifestyle have been for a year in a half now but cannot get the weight off, since leaving that lifestyle its been hard for me to come up with the extra money to pay for such programs as this, it upsets me that i cant do anything to help myself i try to exercise but the weight holds me back tired all the time cant move the way i need to move to perform the exercises. I cant find help anywhere, and that depresses me, how on earth is someone like me suppose to get help when the price is not feesible. This man took everything i had financially just so i can be free of the abuse i went through. If you only new. Is there anything i can start doin to help without having to spend so much money out right. I know your probably gonna say wow ur 150 pounds over weight chrissy take the initiative and the funds and get on the program, but i have to pay the bills and i work in texas where the pay is very little. Im in tears all the time, i cant even afford to get myself some clothes which i left behind as well to escape the horrible lifestyle. if you know of anything i can start doin until maybe i can afford the program.
thank you ahead of time for your response.

I, too am tire to the weight. I am no longer living my life. I am not able to do much of anything. I don't do things with my husband and children. I just go to the doctor. I am missing everything. I need to learn how to eat so that I can lose the weight. I am at almost 280lbs. I want to get down to at least 138lbs I believe that the Cambridge diet can help me.
I am not sure if I can afford it. I will find the money. I will some how. Thank you for being there. Thank you.

Aloha Pam,

Just wanted to say thank you for re-awakening my will to keep going. You don't know how much I appreciate reading about you and your amazing story! I've heard many incredible weightloss stories, but something about yours just makes me a believer already without even trying out the product. I'm walking thru the "valley of the shadow of death", so to speak, right now where I'm at a point of not even being sure what will work for me anymore as far as weight loss. It's like there's this hold on me that won't let me lose the extra 100 pounds of weight that I've been painfully (in every sense of the word) carrying around for 7 years. It's driving me crazy! I've been overweight (like a snowball effect through the years) since I left the military back in 2001. Since then I've had 2 wonderful children, 1 abusive and failed marriage, a current marriage on the brink of destruction, not to mention I've suffered emotional trauma from losing 6 loved ones (my dad in 2002, uncle in 2005, great uncle in 2006, aunt in 2008, grandmother in 2009, and my close friend just 2 days ago). I've managed to heal from a lot of the things I've had to experience in life such as all these, but I just can't seem to get rid of this fat and pot belly that's the size of who knows what. I hope and pray to God that this is the answer that I've been searching for. Thank you again for your inspiration and for giving me back my faith in me! I know that I can do this now with the help of people like you. God bless you my friend!

The individual who runs this website is an amazing source of support and answers on how to gain the most success with the Cambridge Diet Plan. With her help, I have already lost 60lbs in 4 months and I am considering joining as a distributor myself with this program.

Most of the other websites have their mixed communities, but Pamela Turner is withing the baby boomer and younger demographic and goes the extra 1000 miles for you while at the same time can identify with exactly what you are going through. I highly recommend her.

I have enourmous blood sugar spikes that according to the doctor I am nearly a diabetic patient. Could I follow the Cambridge Diet without any problems? I have tried other diets in the past and after one day I had to stop due to my health condition.
