The Cambridge Food For Life formula is the most versatile of the Cambridge nutritional formulas. It is also referred to as the 420 formula. The formula was developed in 1984 by Dr. Robert Nesheim specifically to meet guidelines provided by the United States Food and Drug Administration. Retaining the critical balance of the Original Cambridge Diet, Dr. Nesheim increased the protein and carbohydrate content for an extra margin of safety when used as the sole source of nutrition.

The Basics- The original formula (330) contains 110 calories per serving. A typical diet consists of 3 servings per day which translates out to 330 calories/day. Some may use up to 4 servings/day dependant upon the kind of diet you plan to do. (nutrition information)
