My Personal Weight Loss Success Story
My name is Pam Turner. I would like to share my story with you.

All my life I have battled with being overweight. I have tried every diet known to man. Some would work for a while, a few pounds lost, most not at all. I would feel hungry, weak, and deprived. The weight loss, if any, was slow and disappointing. I had just come off of a year of “low carbing” with no significant success. I did have a wicked case of gout however! I was so confused about food that I didn’t know what was good or bad to eat any more. I just kept gaining more weight.
I remembered the Cambridge Diet from the 80’s and wondered if it was still around. I knew that it was the last diet that had ever really worked for me. I looked on the internet and found an independent Cambridge consultant. I immediately placed an order for me and my daughter. I received my product near the end of February and we started the next day.
Initially, the first few days my body took to adjust to the new food source, I had cravings like crazy. But I stuck through it, and I lost over 125 pounds in 6 months !! What has happened to me in the last few years has been amazing! The weight has just been falling off me. Even more important has been the tremendous health benefits I am now enjoying. I feel great and you should too
Before starting on the diet I had suffered greatly from many health problems. Elevated heart rate, high blood pressure, blood sugar/diabetes and high cholesterol.
Also fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and arthritis so severe that I would sometimes have to rely on a cane or walker to get around. The pain was so debilitating. I would suffer every night with horrible night sweats and muscle spasms. There were times I was sure I was going to die from a heart attack with all the chest pain and shortness of breath I would experience with any activity- no matter how small. Sometimes just getting up out of my chair caused me massive physical fatigue and high blood pressure!
My Doctor only gave me more and more medicines and told me to lose weight. Well, as I said, no diet would work. Not even gastric bypass was an option, as I was already too unhealthy, and too much of a risk for such an operation. Lucky for me, I guess, because later I found out how much more of a nightmare gastric bypass could be.
Introducing: The Cambridge Diet Plan…

Within the first 3 days of the diet, the night sweats stopped! I began to sleep through the night for the first time in years! All the other health issues I had been suffering from by being morbidly obese began to resolve as I was finally losing weight, and gaining nutritional balance. I started to exercise, not because I should, but because I could, and because I wanted to! I liked it for the first time in a long time! I felt free!
I am now more happy, energetic, and healthier then I have been in over 20 years! It’s a whole new life and it’s so exciting! I still have a ways to go but I know that I will finally succeed and this nightmare of life as an overweight, unhealthy, miserable person whose life was nothing more then days and nights of pain and sadness are finally over!
If you suffer from being overweight or any health problems that you feel might be nutritionally related, please consider trying this program! It will work for you as it did for me. As long as you stick with the program you will lose all your weight at the same rate as those who have had gastric bypass surgery, but without all the trauma, pain, and complications. You can be healthy, fit, and excited about life again.
Let me help you take the first step.

Interesting post, i bookmarked your blog, best regards
I just read your experiences with weight loss and I have had the same results. Everytime I went on a diet I would end up gaining more weight then I started with. I am afraid of starting a new diet but I know I have to loose a lot of weight for my health to improve. I cry all the time because of the pain and I have every aliment you had. My family has told me that I have given up on life. All I know I am very depressed and I can bearly go any where because I can not walk. I remember years ago I used to laught at the people that were so very fat and now I am one of them. I couldn’t understand how they let themselves go. Now here I am older and fat because I got hurt on my job and do not work. I have a 10 year old grandson, who is handicapped to raise and I can bearly help him. I need to get my life back on track without my families advice; would you help me with suppport and advice. I don’t have much money and you didn’t say how much this Cambridge Diet cost but I will try it. It is easy to put weight on when you are poor because you end up eating a lot of noodles but loosing it is a chore.
Pam Turner, would you please be my friend and support team. I can relate to you because you have gone through the same pain and problelms I am going through now. Please help, I am in Toledo, OH, thank you for listening. Carrol

Your experience with weight loss is amazing… you have to be such a strong person who is very motivated and i am so happy for you.
Hi Pam
Congratulations on your weight loss. You look great, I am also tryinging to lose weight but keeping it up is so hard. How did you have the willpower
I have spoken to a few people who are doing this diet and they are all losing weight like mad.. I have just booked an appointment with a consultant for tuesday evening and from someone with no willpower will definately come back to let everyone know if it actually works xxx
Interesting website, i have bookmarked your site for future referrence
The individual who runs this website is an amazing source of support and answers on how to gain the most success with the Cambridge Diet Plan. With her help, I have already lost 60lbs in 4 months and I am considering joining as a distributor myself with this program.
Most of the other websites have their mixed communities, but Pamela Turner is withing the baby boomer and younger demographic and goes the extra 1000 miles for you while at the same time can identify with exactly what you are going through. I highly recommend her.
I can’t wait to start my journey! Today is my day one!
Aloha Pam,
Just wanted to say thank you for re-awakening my will to keep going. You don’t know how much I appreciate reading about you and your amazing story! I’ve heard many incredible weightloss stories, but something about yours just makes me a believer already without even trying out the product. I’m walking thru the “valley of the shadow of death”, so to speak, right now where I’m at a point of not even being sure what will work for me anymore as far as weight loss. It’s like there’s this hold on me that won’t let me lose the extra 100 pounds of weight that I’ve been painfully (in every sense of the word) carrying around for 7 years. It’s driving me crazy! I’ve been overweight (like a snowball effect through the years) since I left the military back in 2001. Since then I’ve had 2 wonderful children, 1 abusive and failed marriage, a current marriage on the brink of destruction, not to mention I’ve suffered emotional trauma from losing 6 loved ones (my dad in 2002, uncle in 2005, great uncle in 2006, aunt in 2008, grandmother in 2009, and my close friend just 2 days ago). I’ve managed to heal from a lot of the things I’ve had to experience in life such as all these, but I just can’t seem to get rid of this fat and pot belly that’s the size of who knows what. I hope and pray to God that this is the answer that I’ve been searching for. Thank you again for your inspiration and for giving me back my faith in me! I know that I can do this now with the help of people like you. God bless you my friend!
Hi, im 150 pounds over weight and climbing, i dont eat junk food i dont drink sodas, but i have been living in a life of abuse and regret. I am now free of that lifestyle have been for a year in a half now but cannot get the weight off, since leaving that lifestyle its been hard for me to come up with the extra money to pay for such programs as this, it upsets me that i cant do anything to help myself i try to exercise but the weight holds me back tired all the time cant move the way i need to move to perform the exercises. I cant find help anywhere, and that depresses me, how on earth is someone like me suppose to get help when the price is not feesible. This man took everything i had financially just so i can be free of the abuse i went through. If you only new. Is there anything i can start doin to help without having to spend so much money out right. I know your probably gonna say wow ur 150 pounds over weight chrissy take the initiative and the funds and get on the program, but i have to pay the bills and i work in texas where the pay is very little. Im in tears all the time, i cant even afford to get myself some clothes which i left behind as well to escape the horrible lifestyle. if you know of anything i can start doin until maybe i can afford the program.
thank you ahead of time for your response.
Chrissy
